I have had several coaches for myself. I have experienced as a client the pieces missing which I have been able to bring to the table for my clients. Nutrition is the key player in fat loss. This is usually the hardest adjustment for people. For my clients, I offer a private FB group where we do hands-on LIVE videos and cook meals together, I show meal ideas, food prep, tips, I help clients fit regular recipes (REAL FOOD such as French toast, creamy pasta, etc) to fit their meal templates. I bring to the table what others do not with exceptional coaching and communication. The value in this is priceless. Most coaches are charging a MUCH higher price for a fraction of these services and I charge 1/3 of the market value for what I offer. Your health is important to me!
Coaching provides a systematic, science-based, evidence-based way to help you reach your goals. Coaching provides accountability, which is often essential not only to achieve results, but more importantly, to KEEP the results. Whether that is fat loss, muscle gain, enhanced performance or simply learning to live a healthier lifestyle, coaching helps you to dive in deeper to learn more about your body and what it needs to make your desired changes.
I make very custom and detailed templates for clients. These are made to fit your goals, weight, age, metabolic standing, etc. I assess what you eat and create a template for you to follow to achieve your goals. In this meal template, you are given a breakdown of exactly what you can eat to achieve your goals. No guess work is involved. You are also provided with macros AND calories for ease of the ability to sub out foods. I help clients with ideas for recipes, help navigate going out to eat, etc.
With full coaching you get unlimited plan tweaks while being coached, training programs (included, but if you are doing your own training and want to stick with that, that is ok too), we monitor progress, work on troubleshooting, mindset, behavior work, and implementing new habits. This is all about real food. No supplements, no sales. It is strictly working with what you already eat.
Time and time again we have bought into products on the market that find us excited for that new promise of hope but leave us defeated and out money. It's often the chase for the quick fixes. But a quick fix is also a quick bounce back. Why? Because behaviors are not established. My work goes much deeper than a food template. It is helping people with food prep ideas, recipes, learning how to balance time, life, sleep etc. so you can live your healthiest life.
Making a change is rarely easy. The brutal honesty is that change is hard. Most aren't used to food prep or making food choices to suit their goals. My goal is to put my clients through a lifestyle change without feeling like diet hell. The bigger picture is to come out of the dieting and be able to maintain the results.
I do not have a contract, there is no minimum time to sign on. It is month to month basis. However, I highly recommend if you are serious about wanting help, to consider 6 months at minimum with a year being even better.
This is for learning how to build a solid foundation with habits and behaviors. THIS IS VITAL for any fat loss results to be LONG TERM! We work on this in 1:1 coaching as well, but having a HABIT-BASED only coaching will put heavy focus on goal setting, accountability, behavior and habit change. This does not include workout programs or food templates, but DOES include guidance on calories, meals, recipes, movement, access to the private FB group, access to the app and a 1:1 coaching experience.
If you are a driven individual that already has great food habits established and just needs some small tweaks to your current physique, you can order a one-time custom nutrition only program (this is made based on the foods you eat), a one-time nutrition+training program (again customized to you). These do not include coaching or troubleshooting. I ONLY recommend this option to those that are already living a very active, healthy lifestyle and only need a small tweak in their results. This is for someone that is already very committed to their lifestyle and process.

This is GREAT for those on a budget and/or self-disciplined that just need that extra guidance. These run every 8-weeks ONLY!
This is an intense style coaching with HIGH accountability. Only 10 clients are accepted into each group. I run 2 groups at a time that are 3-months apart so I am able to offer bootcamp every 3-months.
What is it? It is coaching to a higher degree. It is a no-excuses tolerated program. Be ready to work and be ready to toss out all excuses because they are no longer something that will hold you back. This intense-style coaching is a GROUP effort. Everyone works together, nobody is alone.
Who is it for? Those that have weight to lose, but also may have health concerns, as well as those that maybe don’t have as much to lose but are searching for transformation in their physique but also their habits. In all that I do, I want HEALTH for my clients!
What do I need to be able to participate? Yourself and labs if we want to track health markers. Labs need to be current (within the past 6-months preferably).
What’s included? 1:1 coaching with access to me personally at all times, the group atmosphere, group zoom calls, access to the 8-week group sessions as well, a lot of education, daily accountability posts, a meal template to follow (and/or macros for tracking), training programs, mandatory weekly check-ins and YOUR HEALTH!
How does this work? This is an intense style coaching. Think of it kind of like “The Biggest Loser” style but minus the working out for 8 hours a day! This is a place where your team members and you all work together. It is a small group, and everyone gets to know each other. You MUST be willing to participate in social media, staying active and up to date DAILY on the FB page (which requires participation), you must be willing to put in all of the effort. This group is changing lives. It is the best investment you can do for YOU and your loved ones. Trust me.

This gives you access to the app where you will have access to workouts from gym or home (you must choose one or the other), access to some coaching material, and will be provided 2-3 cooking classes a month. The cooking classes are a hands-on style that can be done at your own time and own pace. They are to help you grow in your confidence levels in the kitchen and learn how to make healthy, fast, delicious meals for you and the family.
