Why choose me?

I have had several coaches for myself. I have experienced as a client the pieces missing which I have been able to bring to the table for my clients. Nutrition is the key player in fat loss. This is usually the hardest adjustment for people. For my clients, I offer a private FB group where we do hands-on LIVE videos and cook meals together, I show meal ideas, food prep, tips, I help clients fit regular recipes (REAL FOOD such as French toast, creamy pasta, etc) to fit their meal templates. I bring to the table what others do not with exceptional coaching and communication. The value in this is priceless. Most coaches are charging a MUCH higher price for a fraction of these services and I charge 1/3 of the market value for what I offer. Your health is important to me! 

One on One Coaching

Coaching is a science-based, personalized approach to help you reach and maintain your goals — whether that’s fat loss, muscle gain, performance, or simply living a healthier lifestyle. It provides the accountability and structure most people need to see real, lasting change.

I help you understand how much to eat and what to eat based on your goals, body, and preferences. You’ll receive:

  • A full protein and calorie breakdown tailored to you
  • Guidance on building balanced meals, portioning, and substitutions 
  • Support with recipe ideas, eating out, and real-life strategies
     

With full coaching, you also get:

  • Unlimited plan adjustments

Habit and Behavior Coaching

This coaching track is all about building a solid foundation through habits and behavior change — the key to making fat loss results last long term.

While we work on habits in full 1:1 coaching, this habit-focused option puts the spotlight entirely on:

  • Goal setting 
  • Accountability
  • Behavior and mindset work
  • Daily habit change
     

It does not include workout programming or food templates, but you will still receive personalized nutrition guidance and a 1:1 coaching experience to support your progress every step of the way.

Group coaching is an 8-week session. Included in group coaching:

Bootcamp Coaching

Bootcamp Coaching: High Accountability. Real Results.

This is an intensive group coaching experience designed for those ready to fully commit to lasting change — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Only 10 clients per group are accepted to ensure a deeply personalized and connected environment. I run two bootcamps per year, each starting 3 months apart.

This is coaching at the highest level — no excuses, no shortcuts. It's for those who are ready to show up, drop the excuses, and do the work. While it’s intense, you’ll never be alone. This is a tight-knit group where every member supports each other. We transform together.

This gives you access to the app where you will have access to workouts from gym or home (you must choose one or the other), access to some coaching material, and will be provided 2-3 cooking classes a month. The cooking classes are a hands-on style that can be done at your own time and own pace. They are to help you grow in your confidence levels in the kitchen and learn how to make healthy, fast, delicious meals for you and the family. How It Works

  • We start with a 1-time consultation  to understand your goals, preferences, dietary needs, and kitchen setup. (this is discounted 50% for current 1:1 or bootcamp clients)
  • I create a plan tailored to you — and come to your home to cook 4 hours of meals (typically yielding 24–28 meals).
     

What’s Included

  • Customized menus based on your dietary goals (macro-based, high-protein, family-friendly, etc.)
  • Full in-home prep and packaging
  • Grocery list guidance or optional add-on grocery service
