My own journey to finding a healthy lifestyle has given me insight into the many challenges one encounters during weight loss. This enables me to bring a high level of empathy, respect, and understanding as I walk with you through your body transformation.
My experience allows me to guide you. My client success stories reflect my ability to, time after time, help clients improve their health and achieve a higher level of life satisfaction while achieving weight loss.
My education and training completes my coaching arsenal – allowing me to provide you, the client, with the tools and methods you need to achieve your goals. I am NASM-CPT certified, Level 2 Precision Nutrition, and RYT-200 with a background as a RN in cardiac care. I specialize in body transformation and weight loss.
Does NOT mean I was taking care of my body. I was eating poorly and it shows. A little over a year ago I took another step in attempt to “lose weight”....not only did I lose weight, but I changed my life, my health, my habits, my mindset, my awareness and so much more. Hiring a coach was the best thing I could have done for myself. You know what they say, you need to take care of yourself before you can take care of everyone else. My advice, invest in YOU!
By a sphere of people who have supported me every step along the way... who have watched me succeed, cheered me along, lifted me up, celebrated the victories and struggles, offered love and encouragement... and I am forever grateful for this experience. I've gained strength physically, emotionally, wholly.I'm proud of myself. And am SO excited to continue to push myself to new limits, to new experiences, as I continue on after the stage and thru life.
over and over but I have never been able to stay there. This time I am 150% certain that I am going to keep this weight off and that is all because of you and your guidance. That is the difference. I want people to know that although you can show the before and after there is an after after. What you need to show is that I was down as low as 129 lb and right afterwards I blew back up to 163 pounds and I stayed there for three years because I did not learn any lessons. Look for me a year from now and you will see that I am determined to keep this off once and for all.
